Vi har fået påbud fra kommunen om, at vi ikke længere må spille højt til koncerter - i praksis vil vi ikke længere kunne spille livemusik, hvilket er grundlaget for vores driftstøtte og eksistens.

Nabobygningen er opført med utilstrækkelig lydisolering, og under byggeriet advarede vi om, at det kunne føre til problemer, og det er nu gået i opfyldelse.

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.

Uha, uha, uha. En aften med næsten alt fra hjemmebyggede instrumenter, en stak laptops, enmandsporjekter, en omgang postrock med band og musik i alle former for afskygninger. Greg Malcom, Kiss the anus of a black cat og Ignatz er alle enmandsprojekter, mens aftenen rundes af, af de afdæmpede postrockhelte i Dont mess with Texas fra Zagreb...

GREG MALCOLM Bruger både akustiske og elektronisk instrumenter, et på skødet og en stak på gulvet, manipuleret simultant for at opnå forskelligartede lydflader.. Eller bedre sagt på klingende engelsk "..the hypnotic sound of evolving melodies, built upon layered drones, (created by mini fans, e-bows and floor guitars) is a characteristic of Greg's solo performance. The melodies utilize a variety of tones and sounds created by his unusually amplified acoustic guitar. Other than the e-bow and fuzz box all sounds are created live and organically by string manipulation techniques..."

KISS THE ANUS OF A BLACK CAT is the solo project of the young Belgian musician and instrument-builder Stef Heeren. IGNATZ. Mid june the first release of Bram Stevens will see the daylight. He recorded tons of music on his four track in the last years but never told anyone. His music is freaky guitar stuff to be put in the highest class.
