BEVAR 1000FRYD! (ENGLISH BELOW)

SAVE 1000FRYD!

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

Moments

Throughout the past 40 years, many people have had personal and shared experiences at 1000fryd!

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.

Vicious Cycle (can)
Union Town (nl)

Vi snakker gode, gode sager her!

----------------------------------------------------------------

Vicious Cycle released their album The Pale Blue Dot and it is an urgent yet explorative album marking a new era for hardcore punk. The album is a blend of traditional 1980’s American hardcore and experimental instrumentation.

Vicious Cycle bring an unrelenting, innovative and unique sound that represents the dire state of our planet. For fans of Fucked Up, Fugazi,Refused, and forward thinking hardcore. Recorded with Jonah Falco (Fucked Up, Career Suicide) and mixed by Jon Drew. Features vocal appearances by George Pettit (Alexisonfire) and Damian Abraham (Fucked Up)

Ever since forming in late 2006, Union Town have been operating outside the boundaries and restrictions of any genre. With a common shared history in hardcore and punkrock, the members united to create a new sound to an old love for independent rock music. Obviously inspired by the bands they had listened to for the greater part of their lives, Union Town recorded a five song demo in early 2007 that had a distinct ‘post hardcore’ feel to it. The demo was very well received in the Dutch, Belgian and German punk communities. The official first version sold out 400 copies in a matter of weeks.
