When a man goes on a blind date, he quickly discovers that his evening is far from ordinary. His date, Jasmine, is a manic-depressive whose moods swing unpredictably, keeping him constantly off balance. She carries a gun and speaks openly about contemplating suicide, and there is the lingering suggestion that she might be capable of violence toward others as well. Each moment of conversation teeters between humor, tension, and unease, making it impossible to know what will happen next.
