The film follows Timothy “Speed” Levitch, an eccentric and endlessly energetic tour guide navigating the streets of New York City. Through his rapid-fire reflections, shifting moods, and poetic detours, the documentary becomes less about the city’s landmarks and more about the uniquely expressive worldview of the man interpreting them. What emerges is a portrait of a restless thinker whose relationship with the city is as emotional as it is philosophical, turning an ordinary bus tour into an unforgettable stream of experience.
