Set in a flooded, post-apocalyptic New Angeles in the year 2007, martial artist brothers Billy and Jimmy Lee find themselves in possession of one half of an ancient, mystical medallion known as the Double Dragon. When a ruthless crime lord holding the other half tries to seize their piece to unlock ultimate power, the brothers must team up with an underground youth resistance to protect the artifact and save what remains of the city.
