NYOS are an instrumental duo based in Jyväskylä, Finland and their second album, Nature, was released in September 2016! The band formed 2014 when UK-born Tom Brooke and drummer, Tuomas Kainulainen met after Tom moved to Finland in 2013. Bonded by a mutual love of noisy bands, coffee and playing shows, they wrote their first record Vltava, a 26 minute one-track piece, over the winter of 2014 and from early 2015 have been touring as much as possible, with lots more planned 2017! Nature, which was recorded in June 2016 at Tonehaven Studio in the countryside of Central Finland, is a 6 track album filled with building loops and tones ranging from heavy, almost doom-laden riffs, faster jazz-influenced math-stuff with a bunch of post-rock melodies, and the occasional drone thrown in!

Aztek is an alternative rock band from Aalborg, Denmark. Though undeniably rooted in classic rock the sound is influenced by more progressive artists such as Opeth, Jeff Buckley and of course Led Zeppelin. Upon listening one also notices a distinct middle eastern flavour to the harmonic in the rhythm section this complemented by the longing, yet powerful, voice of Benjamin Vestergaard constitutes the inticing sound of Aztek.

The 14th of October marks the release of the band's first album entitled "Dream Dealer", a collection of songs of great diversity and variety regarding musical impressions but with a strong collective feeling nonetheless. The often very potent sound of heavy guitar riffs is contrasted by a field of rather fragile and personal lyrics often circling themes of love and affliction.
