BEVAR 1000FRYD! (ENGLISH BELOW)

SAVE 1000FRYD!

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

There is a signature campaign here - https://www.skrivunder.net/bevar_1000fryd

Des Ark (us)
Lake Me (uk)

Yes!.. De er tilbage.. Et lille efter-maden-show!

Skynd dig at tjekke myspacen før dine sengekammerat!

Des Ark, on this recording, is a two piece rock band from Durham, NC. Aimee plays some of the most kingshit guitar I've ever seen - someone you watch trying to figure out what she's doing to produce the brilliance coming out of her amp while projecting this piercing melody full of deeply commanding sentiment and marching all over the place, all in one fluid movement. Tim anchors with drums that don't compete, but are felt by how hard he calculates the beat. It all drives and pauses and changes direction and then gets to the point. Lucky for us fans, Des Ark continues now through Aimee and who knows who in the future, but the chemistry on this record is surely one of the things that makes this quite an important one...."

Og lidt på engelsk om Lake Me...

"The duo Lake Me consists of Nathalie Stern on guitar and vocals, and Lucy Hammond on drums. Both have been writing, recording and touring their music in various bands for a total amount of 20 years. Although Lake Me started out as a guitar and vocal based solo project in 2001, the sound was made complete by the addition of drums two years later.

Playing nationally and internationally, Lake Me have created a base around Europe with their bare set up. Their music draws references from Led Zeppelin to Lucinda Williams, Lungfish to Neko Case without the risk of disintegrating their unique sound. On the contrary, the songs have a distinct sound which has been derived from a diverse musical palette and assembled to provide a combination of subtle vocals and full on instrumental batterings.

The band has netted international tours in the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland. Their distinct blend of musical genres has seen them support acts as diverse as Erase Errata, PW Long, Stinking Lizaveta, Stars and most recently Young James Long."
